Tranquil Tuesday Sound Bath Meditation

Service Description

Come join me for a relaxing evening to sooth tension and release stress. I will be providing a guided hypnotic meditation allowing us to go deep within to release stress and tension. Focusing on different themes at the beginning of the week. During our meditation I will be playing the crystal bowls, harp, chimes, drums, and other instruments to help aid us into deeper states of meditation and relaxation.
